STEP (Support to Training and Employment Programme)
An awareness program on personality development was organized under the STEP (Support to Training and Employment Programme) initiative. This event was conducted in collaboration with YSR District STEP and Government Polytechnic, Proddatur. The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ communication skills, confidence, and employability. Dignitaries from the STEP program addressed the audience, motivating students to pursue growth opportunities and prepare themselves for future job markets. The programme was attended by faculty, staff, and a large number of students, making it a successful effort to bridge skill gaps and promote professional development.
