21 Days Yoga Practice

Yoga Practice 

The Department of Computer Engineering (CME), Government Polytechnic, Proddatur, successfully conducted a 21 Day Yoga Practice Programme to promote physical fitness and mental well-being among students.


As the conclusion of this programme, International Yoga Day was celebrated at the college campus. On this occasion, a CME Lecturer delivered a lecture highlighting the importance of yoga in students’ daily and academic life. Two final-year CME students gave a live demonstration of yoga asanas and breathing exercises.


Students from various departments actively participated and followed the demonstrations with enthusiasm. The programme created awareness about the benefits of yoga and encouraged students to adopt a healthy and stress-free lifestyle.


   
Conclusion:

Promoted fitness, mindfulness, and well-being among students. Participants actively engaged in daily yoga practices, demonstrations, and lectures, showcasing focus, discipline and commitment to a healthy lifestyle. The program successfully fostered unity, self-awareness, and holistic development.
